I have often been asked by Pastors why...after salvation altar calls, that their churches don't grow? Many times it is due to the lack of discipleship once someone is saved.  As Jesus taught in Matthew 18, if a seed is not rooted, the "wicked one" comes and snatches that seed away.

This manual equips you, the Believer or Leader, to share Christ more effectively and to help the new converts grow into productive, spiritually grounded followers of Jesus.
